Ingredients
- 1 Tbsp Light Olive Oil
- 1 onion chopped
- 2 stalks celery chopped
- 1 carrot chopped
- 2-3 cloves crushed garlic
- 1/4 tsp dried oregano
- 1 Pack Shitake mushrooms
- 1 Pack baby bella mushrooms
- 2 Large Portobello Mushrooms (Sliced)
- 2 Tbsp Soy Sauce (or Tamari if gluten-free)
- 1 14oz of either veggie or chicken stock (I even made this with coconut milk)
- Sea Salt (to taste)
- Black Pepper (to taste)
- 2 tablespoons heavy cream at the end is optional
