- 1 lavash flatbread (approx. 11.5″ x 8.25″) I use Joseph’s Flax, Oat Bran, and Whole Wheat Lavash Bread
- 1 teaspoon olive oil
- 2 tablespoons pizza sauce
- 1 cup shredded provolone and mozzarella cheese blend or all shredded mozzarella
- 1 ounce pepperoni about 15 slices
- ¼ teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 1 pinch red pepper flakes
