Instructions
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a medium bowl, whisk together the Greek yogurt and honey or sugar-free sweetener until smooth.
- Fold in the sliced berries.
- Pour the yogurt mixture onto the prepared baking sheet, spreading it into an even layer.
- Freeze for at least 3-4 hours, or until solid.
- Once frozen, break the yogurt bark into pieces and enjoy!
Tips:
- You can use any type of berries you like in this recipe.
- For a fun twist, you can add a layer of chopped nuts or granola to the bottom of the baking sheet before pouring in the yogurt mixture.
