Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F.
  2. Grease 6 oz oven-safe containers and arrange them on a baking sheet.
  3. Melt butter and chocolate.
  4. With a mixer, whip eggs, egg yolk, vanilla, Splenda, and salt until tripled in volume.
  5. Add flour and mix until smooth.
  6. Gently fold in the melted chocolate.
  7. Divide the mixture into the containers.
  8. Bake for approximately 9 minutes until the cakes puff up with soft centers.
  9. Allow them to cool briefly before enjoying them.
