Protein Cheesecake

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 325°F and line the bottom of a round pan with parchment paper.
  2. Blend cereal and cream cheese until it forms clumps resembling small peas. Press this mixture into the pan and bake for 10 minutes.
  3. Combine cream cheese, egg, yogurt, vanilla, protein, and stevia in a bowl. Mix thoroughly with a hand mixer or whisk.
  4. Pour this mixture into the pan (either over the crust or directly). Place the pan in a larger baking dish.
  5. In a separate dish, add boiling water and place it on the lowest oven rack.
  6. Position the cheesecakes on the middle rack and bake for 30 minutes.
  7. Turn off the oven and crack open the oven door. Allow the cheesecakes to cool down inside.
  8. When serving, gently remove the cheesecake from the pan and parchment paper.
