Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 325°F and line the bottom of a round pan with parchment paper.
- Blend cereal and cream cheese until it forms clumps resembling small peas. Press this mixture into the pan and bake for 10 minutes.
- Combine cream cheese, egg, yogurt, vanilla, protein, and stevia in a bowl. Mix thoroughly with a hand mixer or whisk.
- Pour this mixture into the pan (either over the crust or directly). Place the pan in a larger baking dish.
- In a separate dish, add boiling water and place it on the lowest oven rack.
- Position the cheesecakes on the middle rack and bake for 30 minutes.
- Turn off the oven and crack open the oven door. Allow the cheesecakes to cool down inside.
- When serving, gently remove the cheesecake from the pan and parchment paper.
