Instructions

  1. In a clean and dry bowl, whisk the egg whites with a hand mixer or electric mixer until stiff peaks form. You can add a pinch of cream of tartar to help stabilize the egg whites.
  2. Once stiff peaks form, gradually add the protein powder and sweetener while continuing to mix on high speed.
  3. Fold in any optional flavorings you like, such as vanilla extract, almond extract, cocoa powder, or fruit extract.
  4. Divide the protein fluff into individual serving bowls and enjoy immediately.

Tips:

  • Make sure your bowl and whisk are completely grease-free, or the egg whites won’t whip properly.
  • You can adjust the amount of sweetener to your taste.
  • Be careful not to overmix the protein fluff once you add the protein powder, or it will become tough.
