- In a clean and dry bowl, whisk the egg whites with a hand mixer or electric mixer until stiff peaks form. You can add a pinch of cream of tartar to help stabilize the egg whites.
- Once stiff peaks form, gradually add the protein powder and sweetener while continuing to mix on high speed.
- Fold in any optional flavorings you like, such as vanilla extract, almond extract, cocoa powder, or fruit extract.
- Divide the protein fluff into individual serving bowls and enjoy immediately.
Tips:
- Make sure your bowl and whisk are completely grease-free, or the egg whites won’t whip properly.
- You can adjust the amount of sweetener to your taste.
- Be careful not to overmix the protein fluff once you add the protein powder, or it will become tough.
