Instructions
- Mix flour, lemon pepper, salt, and zest of 1 lemon.
 - Mix in the chicken breast until fully coated
 - Slice the remaining lemons into thin rounds
 - In an oven-proof skillet, heat oil. Add chicken in a single layer and cook until golden on the bottom and then flip
 - Add butter, broth, garlic, and lemon slices to skillet and bake until cooked through
 - Serve with a side of roasted veggies or cauliflower rice
