Instructions

  1. Heat the cream to just below boiling.
  2. Add the chocolate to warm mixture and allow mixture to sit for 3 minutes.
  3. Stir until smooth – blend in liqueur.
  4. Cool to room temperature, stirring occasionally.
  5. Refrigerate until firm.
  6. Scoop into balls, and roll in cocoa powder
