- Splash of unsweetened almond milk (optional)
For the Strawberry Frosting:
- 4 oz reduced-fat cream cheese, softened
- ¼ cup powdered sugar substitute (such as confectioners Swerve)
- 3 tablespoons freeze-dried strawberries, finely ground (or 1/4 cup fresh strawberries, pureed)
- 1-2 tablespoons unsweetened almond milk
- ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
- Pinch of salt
For Decoration (Optional):
- Sugar-free sprinkles
- Freeze-dried strawberries (halved)
