Buttermilk Wedge Salad

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup buttermilk
  • 1/2 cup plain greek yogurt
  • Juice of 1 small lemon, about 1 1/2 tablespoons
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
  • 1/2 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 garlic clove, minced
  • 1/4 cup finely chopped fresh chives
  • 1/4 cup finely chopped fresh dill
  • a pinch of Truvia
  • 1/2 teaspoon sea salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper

You will also need:
1 small to medium head of iceberg lettuce
4 slices bacon, cut into 1/2 inch pieces, cooked until very crisp, drained and cooled.
Thinly sliced shallots
Halved grape tomatoes.
