Keto Chicken Meatloaf Cups

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350
  2. Mix ground chicken, spinach, mozzarella, parmesan, egg, and onion in large bowl
  3. Spray large muffin pan with non stick spray or use silicon muffin pan
  4. Fill each cup halfway full with mixture
  5. In medium bowl, mix all sauce ingredients together
  6. Spoon over meatloaf cups leaving a little for serving
  7. Cook cups for 45-50 minutes or until cooked through
  8. Top with remaining sauce and serve hot
