Cheesy Chicken Enchilada Casserole

Instructions

  1. Remove and shred the meat from the chicken.
  2. Toss with the salsa and arrange in individual baking dishes.
  3. Top with jack cheese.
  4. Bake in a preheated 375 oven 12 to 15 minutes, until cheese has browned and dish is bubbling.
  5. Serve with Greek yogurt and a glop of Wholly Guacamole or mashed avocado.
