Homemade Low-Sugar Cranberry Sauce

Instructions

  1. Combine all sauce ingredients a small saucepan.
  2. Turn heat to high until it just begins to boil, stir, then reduce to LOW, cover with lid and cook for an additional 15 minutes – until sauce thickens.
  3. Remove from heat and let cool. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
  4. Garnish with the orange zest immediately before serving.
