Instructions
- I quickly sliced Strawberries & Bananas.
- Added little bit of Peanut Butter in between.
- Carefully placed the little stacks on lollipop sticks.
- Today I used Lily’s brand dark chocolate sweetened with stevia.
- Melted the chocolate with a little bit of coconut oil added (1/2 Tbsp coconut oil to 1/2 cup chocolate).This makes it easier to coat.
- Spoon the melted chocolate over the little stacks.
- Freeze for 30-60 minutes.
- Serve immediately or keep frozen.
