    1. Blend until the mixture is completely smooth and creamy. Stop occasionally to scrape down the sides for an even texture.

    3. Adjust Sweetness:

    1. Taste and add more sweetener if needed, blending again briefly.

    4. Chill the Mousse:

    1. Divide the mousse into two small bowls or ramekins. Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours to set.

    5. Serve & Enjoy:

    1. Before serving, top with fresh raspberries or sugar-free chocolate shavings if desired.
