1. Brown the Ground Beef:
- Heat a large skillet over medium heat. Add the ground beef and cook until browned, breaking it up with a spatula. Drain any excess grease.
2. Cook the Aromatics:
- Add the chopped onions and minced garlic to the skillet. Cook for 3-4 minutes until softened and fragrant.
3. Combine & Simmer:
- Stir in the chopped cabbage, diced tomatoes, and bouillon powder.
- Bring to a gentle simmer, then reduce heat to low.
- Cover and let cook for 30-45 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the cabbage is tender.
4. Serve & Enjoy:
- Serve warm, optionally garnished with fresh parsley or a sprinkle of Parmesan cheese.
