  • 1. Preheat Oven:

    1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

    2. Prepare the Chicken:

    1. Pat the chicken breasts dry with paper towels.
    2. Season both sides with garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper.

    3. Sear the Chicken:

    1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
    2. Add the chicken breasts and cook for 3-4 minutes per side until golden brown. The chicken does not need to be fully cooked through as it will finish in the oven.

    4. Prepare the Ranch Sauce:

    1. In a medium bowl, mix together Greek yogurt, sour cream, ranch seasoning mix, and Parmesan cheese until well combined.

    5. Assemble the Dish:

    1. Place the seared chicken breasts in a baking dish.
    2. Spread the ranch sauce evenly over each piece.
    3. Sprinkle cheddar and mozzarella cheese on top.

    6. Bake:

    1. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through (internal temperature 165°F/74°C) and the cheese is melted and bubbly.

    7. Garnish & Serve:

    1. Garnish with chopped parsley if desired.
    2. Serve hot with a side of steamed vegetables or a simple salad.
