1. Preheat Oven:
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
2. Prepare the Chicken:
- Pat the chicken breasts dry with paper towels.
- Season both sides with garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper.
3. Sear the Chicken:
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add the chicken breasts and cook for 3-4 minutes per side until golden brown. The chicken does not need to be fully cooked through as it will finish in the oven.
4. Prepare the Ranch Sauce:
- In a medium bowl, mix together Greek yogurt, sour cream, ranch seasoning mix, and Parmesan cheese until well combined.
5. Assemble the Dish:
- Place the seared chicken breasts in a baking dish.
- Spread the ranch sauce evenly over each piece.
- Sprinkle cheddar and mozzarella cheese on top.
6. Bake:
- Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through (internal temperature 165°F/74°C) and the cheese is melted and bubbly.
7. Garnish & Serve:
- Garnish with chopped parsley if desired.
- Serve hot with a side of steamed vegetables or a simple salad.
