1️⃣ Preheat the Oven
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly spray it with cooking spray.
2️⃣ Mix Ingredients
- In a mixing bowl, combine cottage cheese, shredded cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Stir well until fully mixed.
3️⃣ Form the Chips
- Using a spoon or small cookie scoop, drop small portions of the mixture onto the baking sheet.
- Flatten each portion into a thin circle (about 2-3 inches in diameter).
- Leave space between each chip to allow for even baking.
4️⃣ Bake Until Crispy
- Place the baking sheet in the preheated oven.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the edges are golden brown and crispy.
- Keep an eye on them in the last few minutes to prevent burning.
5️⃣ Cool & Enjoy
- Let the chips cool for a few minutes to crisp up further.
- Serve as a snack or with a low-carb dip like guacamole or Greek yogurt ranch.
