Instructions

    • In a mixing bowl, combine cottage cheese, shredded cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
    • Stir well until fully mixed.

    3️⃣ Form the Chips

    • Using a spoon or small cookie scoop, drop small portions of the mixture onto the baking sheet.
    • Flatten each portion into a thin circle (about 2-3 inches in diameter).
    • Leave space between each chip to allow for even baking.

    • Place the baking sheet in the preheated oven.
