3️⃣ Prepare the Egg Wash
- In another shallow dish, beat the eggs (or egg whites for a lower-fat option).
4️⃣ Coat the Chicken
- Dip each chicken breast into the egg wash, letting excess drip off.
- Coat thoroughly in the breadcrumb mixture, pressing gently to help the coating stick.
5️⃣ Arrange on a Baking Sheet
- Place the coated chicken on the prepared baking sheet.
- If using olive oil, lightly drizzle over the chicken or spray with cooking spray for crispiness.
6️⃣ Bake the Chicken
- Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).
- The coating should be golden brown and crispy.

- Let the chicken rest for a few minutes before slicing.
