- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and lightly grease it.
2️⃣ Mix the Dough
- In a bowl, combine cottage cheese, almond flour, shredded cheese, eggs, salt, oregano, and olive oil.
- Mix until everything is fully incorporated.
3️⃣ Form the Biscuits
- Use a ¼ cup measuring scoop to drop biscuit dough onto the prepared baking sheet.
- Sprinkle Everything Bagel seasoning on top of each biscuit.
4️⃣ Bake to Perfection
- Bake at 370°F for 28 minutes, or until golden brown and firm.
5️⃣ Cool & Serve
- Let the biscuits cool for a few minutes before serving.
- Enjoy warm with butter, keto-friendly jam, or alongside a meal!
