- Preheat oven to 350°F. Line a cookie sheet with parchment paper and lightly spray with cooking spray.
- Make the mixture: In a bowl, mix mozzarella, Parmesan, egg, garlic powder, and Italian seasoning until well combined.
- Spread the mixture evenly onto the prepared baking sheet, forming a thin layer.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the edges start to brown.
- Turn the broiler on for 1 minute to crisp up the top.
- Remove from oven, let cool slightly, and enjoy!
Optional Serving Ideas:
