1️⃣ Cook the Ground Beef
- Heat a frying pan over medium heat.
- Add the ground beef and cook until browned and crumbled.
- Season with salt & pepper to taste.
- Drain excess grease and let it cool slightly.
2️⃣ Assemble the Salad
- In a large bowl, add chopped romaine lettuce.
- Top with diced tomatoes and shredded cheese.
- Add slightly cooled ground beef on top.
3️⃣ Serve & Enjoy!
- Mix everything together or leave in layers.
- Add your favorite low-carb dressing or enjoy as is!
