1️⃣ Sauté Aromatics
- Heat sesame oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Add diced onion and sauté until soft (about 3 minutes).
- Stir in garlic and ginger and cook for another minute.
2️⃣ Cook the Meat
- Add ground turkey or chicken, breaking it apart as it cooks.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Cook until fully browned and no longer pink.
3️⃣ Add Cabbage & Sauce
- Stir in coleslaw mix (or shredded cabbage) and low-sodium soy sauce.
- Cook for about 5 minutes until the cabbage is tender but still slightly crisp.
4️⃣ Garnish & Serve
- Sprinkle with sliced green onions.
- Serve hot and enjoy!
