Instructions

      1. 1️⃣ Sauté Aromatics

        • Heat sesame oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
        • Add diced onion and sauté until soft (about 3 minutes).
        • Stir in garlic and ginger and cook for another minute.

        2️⃣ Cook the Meat

        • Add ground turkey or chicken, breaking it apart as it cooks.
        • Season with salt and pepper to taste.
        • Cook until fully browned and no longer pink.

        3️⃣ Add Cabbage & Sauce

        • Stir in coleslaw mix (or shredded cabbage) and low-sodium soy sauce.
        • Cook for about 5 minutes until the cabbage is tender but still slightly crisp.

        4️⃣ Garnish & Serve

        • Sprinkle with sliced green onions.
        • Serve hot and enjoy!
