Instructions

      1. 1️⃣ Cook the Pasta (10 minutes)

        • Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil.
        • Cook spaghetti until al dente (about 8-10 minutes).
        • Reserve 1 cup of pasta water, then drain and set aside.

        2️⃣ Prepare the Shrimp (5 minutes)

        • While pasta is cooking, rinse and pat shrimp dry.

        3️⃣ Cook the Shrimp (5-7 minutes)

        • In a large skillet, melt butter over medium heat.
        • Add garlic and sauté for 30 seconds until fragrant.
        • Add shrimp and cook for 2-3 minutes per side until pink and curled.
        • Season with Italian seasoning, red pepper flakes, salt, and pepper.

        4️⃣ Combine & Serve (5 minutes)

        • Add cooked pasta to the skillet.
        • Pour in reserved pasta water, little by little, until the sauce reaches the desired consistency.
        • Drizzle with olive oil and toss well.
        • Garnish with fresh herbs and serve hot!
