Instructions

      1. 1️⃣ Melt the Ingredients

        • In a microwave or double boiler, melt chocolate chips, peanut butter, and salt together.
        • Stir until smooth and creamy.

        2️⃣ Mix & Coat

        • Place rice cereal in a large bowl.
        • Pour melted chocolate mixture over the cereal and stir until fully coated.

        3️⃣ Shape & Chill

        • Line a 9×5-inch loaf pan with parchment paper.
        • Press the mixture evenly into the pan.
        • Place in the freezer for 1 hour until firm.

        4️⃣ Slice & Serve

        • Lift out using parchment paper.
        • Cut into bars or bite-sized pieces.
        • Enjoy immediately or store in the fridge for up to 2 weeks (or freeze for 3 months)!
