1️⃣ Melt the Ingredients
- In a microwave or double boiler, melt chocolate chips, peanut butter, and salt together.
- Stir until smooth and creamy.
2️⃣ Mix & Coat
- Place rice cereal in a large bowl.
- Pour melted chocolate mixture over the cereal and stir until fully coated.
3️⃣ Shape & Chill
- Line a 9×5-inch loaf pan with parchment paper.
- Press the mixture evenly into the pan.
- Place in the freezer for 1 hour until firm.
4️⃣ Slice & Serve
- Lift out using parchment paper.
- Cut into bars or bite-sized pieces.
- Enjoy immediately or store in the fridge for up to 2 weeks (or freeze for 3 months)!
