3️⃣ Mash & Mix – In a bowl, mash the cauliflower until smooth. Stir in the shredded cheese and egg, mixing until well combined.
4️⃣ Form Bites – Scoop out small portions and shape them into bite-sized balls or patties. Place on the prepared baking sheet.
5️⃣ Bake – Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until golden brown and slightly crispy.
6️⃣ Serve & Enjoy – Let cool slightly before serving. These can be eaten on their own or paired with a light dipping sauce.
