Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • Mash the avocado in a bowl until smooth.
  • Mix in the seasonings: Add Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Stir well until fully combined.
  • Form the chips:
    • Scoop small portions of the mixture onto the lined baking sheet.
    • Flatten each scoop into a thin, round chip shape.
  • Bake for 15-18 minutes, or until the edges turn golden and crispy.
  • Let cool for a few minutes to crisp up more before serving!
