Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Mash the avocado in a bowl until smooth.
- Mix in the seasonings: Add Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Stir well until fully combined.
- Form the chips:
- Scoop small portions of the mixture onto the lined baking sheet.
- Flatten each scoop into a thin, round chip shape.
- Bake for 15-18 minutes, or until the edges turn golden and crispy.
- Let cool for a few minutes to crisp up more before serving!
