      • 4 tablespoons plain quark
      • 250g low-fat, sugar-free custard
      • 160g pot fat-free, no-added-sugar cherry yogurt

      For Garnish

      • 4 whole cherries (or raspberries)
      • 10g flaked almonds, toasted
