Instructions

      • Preheat the Oven:

        • Preheat to 350°F (175°C).
      • Prepare the Filling:

        • In a bowl, mix together crab, shrimp, almond flour, Greek yogurt, Parmesan, lemon juice, garlic, parsley, salt, and pepper until well combined.
      • Stuff the Peppers:

        • Spoon the seafood mixture evenly into the bell pepper halves.
      • Bake:

        • Place stuffed peppers in a baking dish.
        • Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the filling is golden and the peppers are tender.
      • Serve & Garnish:

        • Sprinkle with extra parsley and serve warm.
