Preheat the Oven:
- Preheat your oven to 325°F (163°C).
- Grease and line a 9-inch springform pan with parchment paper.

Prepare the Batter:
- In a large bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth.
- Add Greek yogurt and sugar substitute, mixing until well combined.
- Beat in eggs, one at a time, then stir in vanilla extract.

Mix Dry Ingredients:
- In a separate bowl, whisk together almond flour, baking powder, and salt.
- Gradually fold dry ingredients into the wet mixture until just combined (avoid overmixing).

Bake the Cake:
- Pour the batter into the prepared pan and bake for 30-35 minutes.
- The cake is done when a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.

Cool the Cake:
- Let the cake cool completely in the pan on a wire rack before removing the sides.

Prepare the Glaze (Optional):
- Whisk together powdered sugar substitute and almond milk or light cream until smooth.
