Instructions

    • Preheat the Oven:

      • Grease and line a 9-inch springform pan with parchment paper.
    • Prepare the Batter:

      • In a large bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth.
      • Add Greek yogurt and sugar substitute, mixing until well combined.
      • Beat in eggs, one at a time, then stir in vanilla extract.
    • Mix Dry Ingredients:

      • In a separate bowl, whisk together almond flour, baking powder, and salt.
      • Gradually fold dry ingredients into the wet mixture until just combined (avoid overmixing).
    • Bake the Cake:

      • Pour the batter into the prepared pan and bake for 30-35 minutes.
      • The cake is done when a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
    • Cool the Cake:

      • Let the cake cool completely in the pan on a wire rack before removing the sides.
    • Prepare the Glaze (Optional):

      • Whisk together powdered sugar substitute and almond milk or light cream until smooth.
    • Glaze & Serve (Optional):

      • Drizzle the glaze over the cooled cake before serving.
