Ground Beef Casserole

Instructions

            • Preheat Oven

              • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
              • Lightly grease a 9×13-inch casserole dish.
            • Brown the Beef

              • In a large skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat.
              • Add onion, green, and red bell peppers and cook until softened.
              • Drain excess fat.
            • Season & Add Cheese

              • Stir in garlic, salt, pepper, oregano, Italian seasoning, parsley, and paprika.
              • Let it cook for 2 more minutes to enhance the flavors.
              • Stir in cream cheese until fully melted.
              • Mix in ½ cup of Colby Jack cheese and ¼ cup mozzarella.
            • Assemble the Casserole

              • Spread cooked cauliflower rice evenly on the bottom of the casserole dish.
              • Top with the ground beef mixture.
              • Sprinkle the remaining cheeses on top.
            • Bake

              • Bake for 20 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
            • Serve & Enjoy

              • Let cool for 5 minutes before serving.
              • Garnish with fresh parsley if desired.
