Preheat the Oven
- Set your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Mix the Dough
- In a bowl, combine the shredded cheese, almond flour, baking powder, garlic powder, and salt.
- Add the egg and mix thoroughly until a sticky dough forms. (Using your hands may make mixing easier!)

Shape the Buns
- Wet your hands slightly to prevent sticking.
- Divide the dough into 4-6 portions and roll into small balls.
- Place them on the prepared baking sheet, leaving space between each.

Bake
- Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the buns are golden brown on top.
- (Optional: Sprinkle sesame seeds or Parmesan before baking for extra texture!)

Cool & Serve
- Let the buns cool for 5-10 minutes before serving. (They firm up as they cool!)
- Enjoy warm or store in an airtight container for later.
