Low-Carb Cheese Buns

Instructions

                  • Preheat the Oven

                    • Set your oven to 375°F (190°C).
                    • Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
                  • Mix the Dough

                    • In a bowl, combine the shredded cheese, almond flour, baking powder, garlic powder, and salt.
                    • Add the egg and mix thoroughly until a sticky dough forms. (Using your hands may make mixing easier!)
                  • Shape the Buns

                    • Wet your hands slightly to prevent sticking.
                    • Divide the dough into 4-6 portions and roll into small balls.
                    • Place them on the prepared baking sheet, leaving space between each.
                  • Bake

                    • Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the buns are golden brown on top.
                    • (Optional: Sprinkle sesame seeds or Parmesan before baking for extra texture!)
                  • Cool & Serve

                    • Let the buns cool for 5-10 minutes before serving. (They firm up as they cool!)
                    • Enjoy warm or store in an airtight container for later.
