Instructions

                • Mix until well incorporated.
              • Assemble the Wraps

                • Lay a low-carb tortilla flat.
                • Spoon a generous amount of the chicken mixture into the center.
                • Add fresh spinach or lettuce, if desired.
                • Fold in the sides and roll tightly to enclose the filling.
              • Cook the Wraps

                • Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
                • Place the wraps seam-side down in the skillet.
                • Cook for 3-4 minutes per side, until golden brown and the cheese is melted.
