Crispy Garlic Zucchini Chips

Instructions

                    • Preheat

                      • Oven: Set to 225°F (110°C).
                      • Air Fryer: Set to 350°F (175°C).
                    • Prepare Zucchini

                      • Slice zucchini into thin rounds using a knife or mandoline for even slices.
                      • In a bowl, toss zucchini slices with olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper until well coated.
                    • Arrange & Bake

                      • Oven: Lay zucchini slices on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper in a single layer. Bake for 2-3 hours, flipping halfway through, until crispy.
                      • Air Fryer: Place slices in the air fryer basket without overlapping. Cook for 15-20 minutes, shaking occasionally, until golden and crisp.
                    • Optional Parmesan Topping

                      • If using Parmesan, sprinkle over the chips in the last few minutes of baking or air frying.
                    • Cool & Serve

                      • Let the chips cool slightly before serving. Enjoy as a snack or pair with a low-carb dip like Greek yogurt ranch or garlic aioli.
