Preheat
- Oven: Set to 225°F (110°C).
- Air Fryer: Set to 350°F (175°C).

Prepare Zucchini
- Slice zucchini into thin rounds using a knife or mandoline for even slices.
- In a bowl, toss zucchini slices with olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper until well coated.

Arrange & Bake
- Oven: Lay zucchini slices on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper in a single layer. Bake for 2-3 hours, flipping halfway through, until crispy.
- Air Fryer: Place slices in the air fryer basket without overlapping. Cook for 15-20 minutes, shaking occasionally, until golden and crisp.

Optional Parmesan Topping
- If using Parmesan, sprinkle over the chips in the last few minutes of baking or air frying.

Cool & Serve
- Let the chips cool slightly before serving. Enjoy as a snack or pair with a low-carb dip like Greek yogurt ranch or garlic aioli.
