1️⃣ Preheat Oven
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease it.
2️⃣ Prepare the Cabbage
- Remove outer leaves from the cabbage and cut it into 1-inch thick slices (like “steaks”).
3️⃣ Season the Cabbage
- Place cabbage steaks on the baking sheet.
- In a small bowl, mix olive oil, minced garlic, salt, pepper, paprika, Italian seasoning, and red pepper flakes.
- Brush or drizzle the mixture evenly over both sides of the cabbage steaks.
4️⃣ Roast the Cabbage
- Roast in the preheated oven for 20 minutes.
- Carefully flip the cabbage steaks, sprinkle generously with Parmesan cheese, and return to the oven.
5️⃣ Finish Roasting
- Bake for another 10-15 minutes, or until golden brown and crispy around the edges.
6️⃣ Garnish & Serve
- Remove from the oven, garnish with fresh parsley, and serve warm!
