Parmesan Cabbage Steaks

Instructions

                  • 1️⃣ Preheat Oven

                    • Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease it.

                    2️⃣ Prepare the Cabbage

                    • Remove outer leaves from the cabbage and cut it into 1-inch thick slices (like “steaks”).

                    3️⃣ Season the Cabbage

                    • Place cabbage steaks on the baking sheet.
                    • In a small bowl, mix olive oil, minced garlic, salt, pepper, paprika, Italian seasoning, and red pepper flakes.
                    • Brush or drizzle the mixture evenly over both sides of the cabbage steaks.

                    4️⃣ Roast the Cabbage

                    • Roast in the preheated oven for 20 minutes.
                    • Carefully flip the cabbage steaks, sprinkle generously with Parmesan cheese, and return to the oven.

                    5️⃣ Finish Roasting

                    • Bake for another 10-15 minutes, or until golden brown and crispy around the edges.

                    6️⃣ Garnish & Serve

                    • Remove from the oven, garnish with fresh parsley, and serve warm!
