Mexican Trash Casserole with Chicken

Instructions

                        1. 1️⃣ Preheat Oven

                          • Set oven to 350°F (175°C).

                          2️⃣ Mix Ingredients

                          • In a large bowl, mix shredded chicken, cream of chicken soup, Rotel, black beans, corn, sour cream, and taco seasoning until well combined.

                          3️⃣ Layer the Casserole

                          • In a 9×13-inch baking dish, spread half of the crushed tortilla chips on the bottom.
                          • Pour the chicken mixture over the chips and spread evenly.
                          • Sprinkle half of the shredded cheese over the chicken mixture.
                          • Top with the remaining crushed tortilla chips and then the rest of the cheese.

                          4️⃣ Bake

                          • Place in the preheated oven and bake for 25-30 minutes, until the cheese is melted and bubbly.

                          5️⃣ Serve

                          • Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
                          • Enjoy with sour cream, chopped cilantro, diced avocado, or hot sauce for extra flavor!
