- 1 small onion, finely chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp chili powder (adjust to taste)
- 1/2 tsp cumin powder
- 1/2 tsp garam masala (or any seasoning of choice)
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- Salt to taste
- 2 tbsp chopped coriander or parsley
