1️⃣ Prepare the Mixture
- Mash the boiled cauliflower and potato in a mixing bowl.
- Add onion, garlic, breadcrumbs, cornflour, spices, and herbs.
- Mix well to form a firm dough. If too sticky, add more breadcrumbs.
2️⃣ Shape the Cutlets
- Take a small portion of the mixture and shape it into a round or oval cutlet.
- Coat each cutlet lightly with breadcrumbs for extra crispiness.
3️⃣ Cook the Cutlets
- Heat oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Place the cutlets and cook for 3-4 minutes per side, until crispy and golden brown.
- Drain on paper towels.
4️⃣ Serve & Enjoy!
- Serve hot with mint chutney, ketchup, or garlic yogurt dip! 😋
