Instructions

                        1. 1️⃣ Prepare the Mixture

                          • Mash the boiled cauliflower and potato in a mixing bowl.
                          • Add onion, garlic, breadcrumbs, cornflour, spices, and herbs.
                          • Mix well to form a firm dough. If too sticky, add more breadcrumbs.

                          2️⃣ Shape the Cutlets

                          • Take a small portion of the mixture and shape it into a round or oval cutlet.
                          • Coat each cutlet lightly with breadcrumbs for extra crispiness.

                          3️⃣ Cook the Cutlets

                          • Heat oil in a pan over medium heat.
                          • Place the cutlets and cook for 3-4 minutes per side, until crispy and golden brown.
                          • Drain on paper towels.

                          4️⃣ Serve & Enjoy!

                          • Serve hot with mint chutney, ketchup, or garlic yogurt dip! 😋
