1️⃣ Cook the Beef
- Brown the ground beef in a skillet over medium heat.
- Drain any excess fat.
- Add onions and green peppers, and sauté for 4 minutes.
- Stir in the taco seasoning packet and mix well.
2️⃣ Prepare the Cheese Sauce
- In a bowl, mix together Rotel and Nacho Cheese Sauce until smooth.
3️⃣ Assemble the Burritos
- Lay out the tortillas on a flat surface.
- Spread a layer of the Nacho Cheese mixture down the center.
- Top with cooked beef, sour cream, sautéed onions & peppers, and crushed Doritos.
4️⃣ Wrap & Toast
- Fold in the sides of the tortillas and roll up like a burrito.
- Heat a skillet over medium heat.
- Place the burritos seam-side down and toast for 2-3 minutes per side, until golden brown and crispy.
5️⃣ Serve & Enjoy!
- Serve warm with shredded lettuce and any extra toppings like salsa, guacamole, or jalapeños.
