Instructions

                        1. 1️⃣ Cook the Beef

                          • Brown the ground beef in a skillet over medium heat.
                          • Drain any excess fat.
                          • Add onions and green peppers, and sauté for 4 minutes.
                          • Stir in the taco seasoning packet and mix well.

                          2️⃣ Prepare the Cheese Sauce

                          • In a bowl, mix together Rotel and Nacho Cheese Sauce until smooth.

                          3️⃣ Assemble the Burritos

                          • Lay out the tortillas on a flat surface.
                          • Spread a layer of the Nacho Cheese mixture down the center.
                          • Top with cooked beef, sour cream, sautéed onions & peppers, and crushed Doritos.

                          4️⃣ Wrap & Toast

                          • Fold in the sides of the tortillas and roll up like a burrito.
                          • Heat a skillet over medium heat.
                          • Place the burritos seam-side down and toast for 2-3 minutes per side, until golden brown and crispy.

                          5️⃣ Serve & Enjoy!

                          • Serve warm with shredded lettuce and any extra toppings like salsa, guacamole, or jalapeños.
