Instructions
- 1. Prep the Oven & Pan:
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Spray a 9×13-inch baking dish with cooking spray.
- 2. First Dough Layer:
- Unroll one crescent dough sheet and press it into the bottom and 1-inch up the sides of the dish.
- 3. Layer Fillings:
- Add half the provolone cheese.
- Layer pepperoni, ham, and salami.
- Add sliced roasted bell peppers and pepperoncini.
- Top with remaining provolone cheese.
- 4. Top Dough Layer:
- Unroll second crescent dough and place on top.
- Pinch all edges to seal the layers inside.
- 5. Egg Wash:
- Whisk together egg, pesto, and Parmesan.
- Brush over the top dough evenly.
- 6. Bake:
- Cover with foil (sprayed side down) and bake 30 minutes.
- Uncover and bake another 15–20 minutes until golden brown.
- 7. Cool & Serve:
- Let cool 15–20 minutes before cutting into squares and serving.
