Instructions

  • 1. Heat Oil & Sauté Aromatics:
    • Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
    • Add onions and garlic, cook for 2 minutes until fragrant.
  • 2. Cook Ground Turkey:
    • Add ground turkey, breaking it apart with a spatula.
    • Cook until browned (about 5–7 minutes).
  • 3. Add Zucchini & Tomatoes:
    • Stir in zucchini and tomatoes.
    • Sprinkle in garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, chili powder, salt, and pepper.
    • Cook for another 7–10 minutes, stirring occasionally, until zucchini is tender.
  • 4. Finish & Serve:
    • If using cheese, sprinkle on top and let it melt.
    • Garnish with parsley or basil.
    • Serve warm as-is or over rice, quinoa, or pasta.
