Instructions
- 1. Heat Oil & Sauté Aromatics:
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Add onions and garlic, cook for 2 minutes until fragrant.
- 2. Cook Ground Turkey:
- Add ground turkey, breaking it apart with a spatula.
- Cook until browned (about 5–7 minutes).
- 3. Add Zucchini & Tomatoes:
- Stir in zucchini and tomatoes.
- Sprinkle in garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, chili powder, salt, and pepper.
- Cook for another 7–10 minutes, stirring occasionally, until zucchini is tender.
- 4. Finish & Serve:
- If using cheese, sprinkle on top and let it melt.
- Garnish with parsley or basil.
- Serve warm as-is or over rice, quinoa, or pasta.
