1. Slow Cook the Pork:
- Add pork, orange juice, lime juice, garlic, cumin, oregano, salt, and pepper to slow cooker.
- Cook on low for 8 hours or until the pork shreds easily with a fork.

2. Shred:
- Remove pork and shred with two forks. Return to juices in the slow cooker to keep warm.

3. Assemble Sandwiches:
- Slice bread and layer mustard, shredded pork, ham, Swiss cheese, and pickles.

4. Toast:
- Butter the outside of each sandwich and grill in a skillet or panini press until golden and cheese is melted.

5. Serve:
- Slice and serve hot with chips or a salad!
