Slow Cooker Cuban Sandwiches

Instructions

  • 1. Slow Cook the Pork:

    • Add pork, orange juice, lime juice, garlic, cumin, oregano, salt, and pepper to slow cooker.
    • Cook on low for 8 hours or until the pork shreds easily with a fork.
  • 2. Shred:

    • Remove pork and shred with two forks. Return to juices in the slow cooker to keep warm.
  • 3. Assemble Sandwiches:

    • Slice bread and layer mustard, shredded pork, ham, Swiss cheese, and pickles.
  • 4. Toast:

    • Butter the outside of each sandwich and grill in a skillet or panini press until golden and cheese is melted.
  • 5. Serve:

    • Slice and serve hot with chips or a salad!
