Instructions
- Boil the Potatoes:

- Bake:

- Bake for 20–25 minutes, flipping halfway through until golden and crisp.
- Add Cheese:
- Sprinkle shredded cheese evenly over fries.
- Return to oven for 5–7 minutes until cheese is fully melted and bubbly.
- Serve:
- Cool slightly. Top with green onions, jalapeños, or a dollop of sour cream if desired.
