- 1 (10 oz) can diced tomatoes with green chilies (e.g., Rotel)
- 3 tbsp chili powder
- 1 tsp ground cumin
- 1 ½ tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp salt
- ½ tsp black pepper
- ½ tsp oregano
- ½ tsp sugar
- 1 cup water (optional for thinning)
