  • 3 tbsp chili powder
  • 1 tsp ground cumin
  • 1 ½ tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp salt
  • ½ tsp black pepper
  • ½ tsp oregano
  • ½ tsp sugar
  • 1 cup water (optional for thinning)
