Instructions

        • Mix the Ingredients:

          • In a bowl, combine the diced chicken, Greek yogurt, celery, onion, and parsley.

        • Add Mustard & Seasoning:

          • Add Dijon mustard, and season with salt and pepper to taste.

        • Chill:

          • Cover and chill for 30 minutes to allow the flavors to blend.

        • Serve:

          • Serve cold in wraps, sandwiches, or over a bed of lettuce.
