Instructions
1. Prepare the Chicken:

Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).

In a small bowl, mix honey, BBQ sauce, olive oil, garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper.

Place chicken breasts in a baking dish and pour the honey BBQ mixture over them.

Bake for 25–30 minutes until the chicken is cooked through (internal temperature 165°F / 74°C).

Optional: Broil for 2–3 minutes for a caramelized top.
2. Make the Potatoes:

While the chicken bakes, boil the potato cubes in salted water for 10–12 minutes until tender. Drain.

In a large pan, melt butter over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté for 1–2 minutes until fragrant.

Stir in heavy cream, Parmesan, salt, and pepper. Cook for 2–3 minutes until sauce thickens slightly.

Add boiled potatoes to the pan and gently toss to coat in the creamy sauce.
3. Serve:

Plate the honey BBQ chicken with a side of creamy garlic Parmesan potatoes.

Garnish with fresh parsley.

Optional: Drizzle extra honey BBQ sauce over the chicken for extra flavor.
