Instructions

        • Add sliced beef and marinate for 15–20 minutes for tenderness.

        • Stir-fry beef until browned (about 3–4 minutes). Remove and set aside.
      3. 3️⃣ Sauté the Veggies

        • Add remaining oil to the pan.
        • Stir-fry onion, peppers, and garlic for 3–4 minutes until crisp-tender.
      4. 4️⃣ Combine & Simmer

        • Return beef to the pan.
        • Add ginger, black pepper, and oyster sauce (if using).
        • Toss everything together and simmer for 2–3 minutes until the sauce thickens slightly.
      5. 5️⃣ Serve

        • Serve hot over cauliflower rice or a small portion of jasmine rice.
