Instructions

    1. 1️⃣ Preheat

      • Set oven to 425°F (220°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
    2. 2️⃣ Melt the Cheese

      • In a microwave-safe bowl, combine mozzarella and cream cheese. Microwave for 1 minute, stir, then heat another 30 seconds if needed until fully melted.
    3. 3️⃣ Mix the Dry Ingredients

      • In another bowl, mix almond flour, baking powder, garlic powder, and salt.
    4. 4️⃣ Combine & Knead

      • Add melted cheese mixture and the egg to dry ingredients. Mix until a soft dough forms — knead with hands if needed.
    5. 5️⃣ Shape the Dough

      • Place the dough between two parchment sheets and roll to desired thickness.
    6. 6️⃣ Bake

      • Bake for 10–15 minutes or until edges turn golden brown.
    7. 7️⃣ Cool & Use

      • Let cool slightly before using as pizza crust, breadsticks, or any low-carb creation!
