- Mix smoked paprika, garlic powder, and onion powder. Rub evenly over each salmon fillet.

- In a pan, sauté spinach with 1 tsp olive oil until wilted. Let cool slightly, then mix with grated Parmesan cheese.

4️⃣ Stuff the Salmon
- Cut a slit in each salmon fillet to form a pocket. Spoon spinach-Parmesan filling into each pocket.

5️⃣ Sear the Salmon
- Heat remaining olive oil in an oven-safe skillet. Sear salmon for 2–3 minutes per side until golden.

6️⃣ Bake to Finish
- Transfer skillet to oven and bake for 8–10 minutes or until salmon is fully cooked through.
