Air Fryer Potatoes and Onions

Instructions

  1. Prep the Ingredients:
    Cut potatoes into 1-inch cubes and slice onions into ¼-inch rings.

  2. Season:
    In a mixing bowl, toss potatoes and onions with olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper until evenly coated.

  3. Preheat & Arrange:
    Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C). Place potatoes and onions in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Avoid overcrowding for best crispiness.

  4. Cook:
    Air fry for 12–15 minutes, shaking the basket or stirring every 5 minutes until potatoes are golden and crispy.
    Add rosemary during the last 5 minutes if using.

  5. Serve:
    Serve hot as a side dish with steak, chicken, or your favorite dipping sauce.
